About The MACC Institute

The MACC Institute exists to cultivate proactive identification of purpose and passion in young adults. Our goal is to empower young adults to make solid, early decisions regarding future professional aspirations.  We teach early ownership of goals through Mapping Abilities to Career Choices. Young adults who become members of the institute approach education with greater vision of life beyond graduation.  The outcomes of the program are to develop individuals who are confident in articulating their career aspirations, to expose members to entrepreneurship as a career option, to generate ideas regarding post-graduation options before graduation and to sharpen 21st Century skills.  Our program utilizes well researched and widely accepted career decision making models model to help guide the selection of current skills.
