Mapping Abilities to Career Choices
The curriculum utilizes project based learning and relevant, hands-on activities to engage youth in the model. Members walk through the process to Identify, Correlate, Investigate and Experience careers, entrepreneurial endeavors, and post-graduation options.
The ICIE model exposes each member to research, presentation and team building skills, while creating a full personal portfolio which documents all learning within the program in a journal.
The MACC Institute’s program is divided into segments:
o MACC Level 100 - Intro to Career Interests
o MACC Level 200 - Entrepreneurship
o MACC Level 300 - Post Graduation Options
o MACC Level 400 - Portfolio Presentation
